Veterinarian
Dr. Swain graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. She worked at a small animal practice in Charleston, Missouri prior to joining our team in 2022. Dr. Swain enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a special interest in dermatology. She recognizes the importance of the human-animal bond and treats clients and patients as family.
Dr. Swain grew up in Blytheville, Arkansas and moved to Cape Girardeau to attend Southeast Missouri State University for her undergraduate studies. She married her husband, Joey, shortly after graduation and they currently have four cats and two horses. In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading, horseback riding and cheering on the LSU Tigers.
